As the Net Promoter Score Survey (NPS) Specialist with The Growth Partnership I worked with clients on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty through NPS methodologies. With over eleven years of experience in NPS and marketing project management, I have developed a deep expertise in crafting and implementing client satisfaction strategies as well as marketing campaigns and branding projects across a diverse range of organizations.
My professional journey is defined by a commitment to efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. I have successfully managed NPS programs for more than 25 accounting firms at The Growth Partnership, gaining valuable insights into client loyalty and mastering the use of complex survey platforms. My role as Marketing Coordinator at ETS sharpened my project management skills but also enriched my marketing and branding capabilities, positioning me as a versatile and results-driven marketer.
